Agenda

Programmes using 'adaptive management' have the flexibility to adjust their activities, outputs and outcomes as they learn and progress. This creates genuine challenges in developing appropriate results management systems. Can we avoid the results framework becoming a straightjacket for the programme? How do you get the information you need to learn and improve, while remaining accountable to the donor and local stakeholders?

This panel discussion will address these questions and more. The two presenters, Khaled Khan and Grainne Kilcullen, will draw from their experience with PRISMA, a DFAT-funded programme that aims to improve rural incomes in Indonesia, alongside Christian Aid's flagship governance programme, funded by Irish Aid.
